Delivery
Postage and packaging costs
No matter how many items you shop for, you’ll only pay £2.99 for our Tracked 48 hour delivery with Royal Mail, if you want your goods quicker then we offer the 24 Hour Tracked service with Royal Mail for £4.89.
Delivery times
Your delivery will be delivered to you within 1-2 days with the Tracked 24 hour service and 3-5 days with the Tracked 48 hour service.
Returns
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights or any of your other rights, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may also return your goods to our hair salon in person with any unopened, sealed and unused products which you have ordered through this website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will gladly refund you in full for the price of the product(s) you paid for but you will be liable for any postage delivery charges incurred in the return. If the product was damaged in transit we will pay for the return postage, please email us info@thehairroom.co.uk for assistance.
We will process your refund due to you as soon as we possibly can (not the same day if returned to our hair salon as we have to process the refund at our warehouse), in most cases you will be refunded within 7 calendar days of receipt of the returned products and informed of the refund by email.
The Returns Process;
1) Package up the items in the delivery package or other suitable protective packaging
2) Label the package with a Returns Address label, or see our Returns Address below
3) Take to a Post Office, or get your local courier to arrange a pick up and obtain a confirmation of posting

Hairdryers, Straighteners, Hair Brushes, Combs Due to hygiene and re-sale reasons we are unable to accept returns of hair care products such as hairdryers, straighteners, hair brushes and combs once they have been opened and used, or the factory seal has been opened.
